Your health, explained.

GoCheckMyVitals reads Apple Health on your iPhone and answers three questions each morning: how am I doing today, what changed, and why. Every number shows its math. Nothing leaves your iPhone.

Getting started

Common questions

Why do I see "No data" or no score?

Apple Health gives an app the same empty answer whether there is no data or access is turned off, so the app cannot tell which. Check Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Health, then GoCheckMyVitals, and turn on the types you want. Sleep and heart data need an Apple Watch worn overnight.

What does "Building your normal" mean?

Each number is compared with your own normal range, which needs 14 days of your data. Until then, the app shows your numbers without a verdict.

What is a heads-up?

When several of your overnight signals run outside your normal for more than one night, the app shows a heads-up. It is a wellness signal, not a diagnosis. If you feel unwell, talk to a clinician.

How do I get notifications?

The app asks on a later morning, never on the first day. You can turn the morning read and heads-up alerts on or off in the app under You.

Can I ask Siri?

Yes. Try "How did I sleep in Vital", "What's my Vital Score in Vital" or "What's my read today in Vital". "GoCheckMyVitals" works in place of "Vital" too.

Vital Plus

Today, the three signals, the Vital Score with its math, the heads-up card, trends up to one year, widgets and Siri are free. Vital Plus adds Change Reports with doctor-ready PDFs, the 90-day doctor summary, All Time trends and year-over-year comparisons, heads-up history, the walking and longevity view, and Year in review.

Privacy

The app collects no data. Your Health data is read and calculated on your iPhone and never leaves it. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Read the full privacy policy.
